About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for:

  1. Setting up and stocking prep and line stations with precision and efficiency.
  2. Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  3. Inspecting the quality and freshness of ingredients to ensure they meet our standards.
  4. Preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes, quantity calls, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems.
  5. Monitoring food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
  6. Assisting other cooks and kitchen positions during peak business periods as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Culinary experience preferably within a similar industry.
  2. The ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds safely.
  3. The ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for extended periods.
  4. Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
