Culinary Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to oversee the preparation and bulk cooking of meals for Business and Economy Class passengers across multiple airlines.
Responsibilities:- Manage team productivity to meet daily flight schedules and ensure any flight delays or departure schedule changes are handled accordingly
- Coordinate with senior chefs to plan for the day
- Maintain strict control over stock levels and minimize food wastage
- Ensure adherence to high standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures at all times
- Pack airline carts correctly with equipment, dry goods, snacks, and beverages for each flight
- Relevant trade qualifications and experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Demonstrated passion and drive to deliver high-quality cuisine to customers
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
