  • To identify and secure suitable employment opportunities for participants with local employers, ensuring a good fit between the participant's skills and the employer's requirements.
  • To support participants in developing the necessary skills to become job ready, providing guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and other areas of job readiness.
  • To deliver a high-quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • To enhance participants' employability through training, support services, and referrals to relevant resources, helping them to achieve their career goals.
  • To develop personalized job plans that outline clear employment pathways for participants, taking into account their strengths, weaknesses, and interests.
  • To build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups, fostering strong partnerships that benefit both parties.
