It’s a fun and exciting time to grow your career with ING, and we are looking for a passionate and customer centric **Home Loan Specialist** to join our high performing Direct Mortgages Team. This is a permanent position based in Wyong.

Our Home Loan Specialists are required to participate in a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 8pm and you will be required to work the occasional Saturday shift (once per month).

**What you’ll do**
- Contact and update customers from initial call through to settlement.
- Drive growth in our Direct Mortgages portfolio.
- Determine and analyse product options in line with information gathered from customers.
- Establish and build a working relationship with your sales support teams and colleagues.
- Meet and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction measured in ‘Customer Experience’ Surveys.

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in mortgages and/or a strong sales background would be ideal.
- A true self-starter with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn.
- Proven experience working to tight deadlines and meeting agreed KPIs.
- A customer centric mindset and a genuine passion to provide exceptional service.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
