About the Role

The Administration Officer will provide administrative support to the Planning and Regulation directorate, ensuring efficient delivery of services.

This role entails assisting Ranger Services in maintaining animal registrations, processing infringement notices, including reminder notices, and providing support towards the formulation of Council reports and business cases.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with planning and regulation activities
About You

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Local Government sector. The ideal candidate will possess sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to exercise initiative and judgement, and effective time management skills.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role, as well as demonstrated commitment to punctuality and reliability.
