Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Desktop Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Standard Operating Environments (SOE).

  • Design, develop, maintain, and provide Level 3 support for desktop software and device configurations.
  • Manage automated patching and update processes.
  • Provide expert technical advice across platforms and services.
  • Resolve complex technical issues escalated from service desk and Level 2 support teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (M365 ProPlus).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, and Group Policy management.
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) using Intune.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Government ICT security frameworks.
