We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits and investigations to ensure compliance with quality, risk, and assurance standards.
  • SUPPORT the development of strategies to mitigate potential safety and quality risks.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify and address safety, quality, and compliance risks.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of quality management systems, regulations, and industry standards. A background in aviation, engineering, or a related field is essential, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a minimum of 2 years' experience in quality and safety management.

Desirable skills include proficiency in data analysis tools like PowerBi and Excel, experience in developing online training content, and prior hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance or equivalent.
