Quality Assurance Expert

The infrastructure development team designs and maintains critical systems across various sectors, including water and power.

We create assets such as power generation facilities, transmission lines, substations, electrical distribution networks, water treatment plans, and pipelines.

About the Position

This is an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Expert to join our team in Perth.

You will oversee quality management processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance on quality-related activities, manage data and documents, and prepare audit reports with corrective action recommendations.
  • Review inspection and testing plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and analyze non-conformance trends.
  • Implement SHEQ project policies and maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Document quality records, prepare quality-related tools, train staff, and develop project quality plans.
Requirements

We are seeking someone with:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within utilities, energy, construction, or large infrastructure sectors, with proven quality management experience on large projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing Quality Management Systems for complex construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective teamwork, and relationship building capabilities.
