Project Specialist


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and analysis of groundwater flow and solute transport models to inform sustainable water management solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and processing hydrological, geological, and geochemical data;
  • Calibrating and validating numerical models using industry-standard software;
  • Visualizing model outputs;
  • Preparing technical reports and presentations;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Applying statistical or computational techniques to assess groundwater trends and uncertainties;
  • Ensuring excellent service delivery, identifying client needs and opportunities, and sharing insights with the broader team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Hydrology, or Geology;
  • At least 12 months of experience in a related field;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, coupled with self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility;
  • Proficient written and verbal skills with ability to communicate complex issues concisely.
