Job Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing real-time support and connecting customers with experts who can provide accurate and up-to-date information about their packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders by providing in-station, hands-on support
- Connect customers with experts who can provide accurate and up-to-date information about their packages
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and Amazon services to effectively communicate with customers
What You'll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools
