**About Student Wellbeing Leadership**

The key objective of this role is to support the staff in developing genuine relationships with students, fostering creativity, curiosity, and well-being. It involves providing guidance, care, and support to ensure students are equipped with life skills.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Oversee data analysis to identify student needs and implement targeted adjustments and supports, workshops, and programs.
- Research and integrate alternative therapies into the educational model.
- Coordinate professional supervision of staff as needed.
- Lead the educational support for Koorie students, out-of-home care, and youth justice.
- Implement evidence-based wellbeing, student support, and trauma-informed Professional Learning.
**Requirements For Success**
- Victorian Teachers Registration (VIT)
- Working with children, Police Check, Current Drivers Licence
- Masters or Postgraduate qualification in Positive Education, Student Wellbeing, Educational Leadership, and/or Educational Management
- Passion for education and supporting students and staff to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in educational leadership in student wellbeing
