Director of Student Wellbeing

This position involves providing strategic and operational leadership for student wellbeing services, including the development and implementation of mental health strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to deliver high-quality counselling, welfare and mental health support services across all campuses.
- Provide clinical advice and supervision to the counselling team.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion, with specific responsibility for oversight of disability support, First Nations student support, and promoting student voice.
- Act as the Institute's Child Safety Officer and ensure compliance with child safety standards.
- Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field.
- Current driver's license.
- Proven experience in leading student wellbeing services, with a strong background in counselling, welfare and disability services.
- Demonstrated capability in delivering counselling services, crisis intervention and welfare support.
- Full registration with AHPRA or AASW or ACA or PACFA.
- Registration as a Clinical Supervisor.
