Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our dynamic Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Specialist. This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone eager to gain exposure across the full spectrum of marketing disciplines.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing internal and external marketing campaigns, supporting the delivery of consumer brand strategies, and collaborating with Marketing Managers and external agencies.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or advertising role, a genuine passion for marketing and brand strategy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute internal and external marketing campaigns
  • Support the delivery of consumer brand strategies and retail marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers and external agencies
  • Manage the Marketing Calendar, including briefing, design coordination, and campaign scheduling
  • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day marketing requests
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing or advertising role
  • A genuine passion for marketing and brand strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
