As a Chief Concierge at Marriott Hotels, you will be the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional service to our guests and exceeding their expectations. You will be responsible for showcasing your brilliance, performing unique services tailored to client requirements, and working closely with different departments to maximize business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage the Concierge team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, providing insider knowledge to guests
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, driving future bookings and loyalty
- Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
About You
- A current driver's license
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
