Luxury Service Manager Job Summary

As a Luxury Service Manager at Marriott, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in accordance with our high standards. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Concierge team in providing personalized services to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work efficiently.
• Support the Concierge team in maintaining their focus on critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and desired financial results.
• Establish relationships with local attractions, restaurants, and other businesses to enhance guests' experiences.
• Provide recommendations and arrange services for guests as requested.
• Maintain awareness of cultural differences needed to meet guests' specific needs and requirements.
• Ensure repeat and VIP guests are receiving appropriate service and their requests are carried out.
• Respond to emergency situations using appropriate procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no prior work experience required.
