Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Concierge to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored services to meet the unique needs of each guest, including transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning arrangements.
  • Work closely with various departments to maximize business opportunities and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Be the face of the hotel and deliver outstanding service through every guest interaction, from arrival to departure.
  • Manage the Concierge team in general operational tasks and support other front office associates as needed.
  • Empower and support your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities and services, as well as local attractions and events, to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and driving future bookings.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal clients, ensuring prompt and thorough communication.
Requirements
  • A current driver's license.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
