Safety System Capability Implementation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enable the sustainability of our safety system capability initiatives. This includes strategic, human, and systems change, as well as facilitation and coaching of safety & quality education.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sustainably implementing complex programs into healthcare organisations, knowledge and experience in facilitating adult learning and mixed modes of educational delivery, and highly developed written and analytical skills.

In this role, you will work directly with and between local NSW Health Entities to achieve measurable success in their Safety System Capability Partnership goals.

Key responsibilities include progressing implementation with health entities who are beginning from different starting points, in the context of competing local priorities and changing workforce and resource demands.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sustainably implementing complex programs into healthcare organisations
  • Knowledge and experience in facilitating adult learning and mixed modes of educational delivery
  • Highly developed written and analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources
