Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Service Line Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the global profit and loss for the Service Line, including strategic market positioning and supply chain optimization regarding quality and cost.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience building and leading aftermarket organizations and leadership in a globally dispersed team with a mix of cultures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute strategy for the Service Line in collaboration with regional Sales teams;
  • Design wear solutions that deliver exceptional products to existing and new customers;
  • Manage engineering function related to products within the Service Line;
  • Collaborate with Product & System business line managers to identify differentiation potential through enhanced wear parts offerings;
  • Work closely with Operations on developing the right supply chain and manufacturing, drivers of quality and protection of intellectual property;
  • Lead Service Line team in accordance with corporate leadership values, instilling a culture of accountability, ongoing development, and employee engagement.
