Job Title: Construction Site Safety Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer to deliver high-quality training programs that meet the requirements of the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all training meets the required standards, is engaging and informative, and addresses the learning needs of students with various backgrounds and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs that meet the required standards and industry expectations.
  • Assess and address the learning needs of students, providing individualized support and feedback.
  • Prepare and administer assessments, exams, and other evaluations to measure student progress and understanding.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Holding the competency of CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Holding current White Card certification.
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (equivalent or higher) is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in delivering training programs, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
