We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a teacher and trainer in the field of Work Health and Safety. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs that meet the needs of our students.

The successful candidate will possess relevant post-secondary qualifications, recent industry experience, and a thorough knowledge of current industry practices and procedures. They will also have the ability to take a lead role in the effective delivery of Work Health and Safety courses and teach and facilitate delivery of specialist Work Health and Safety units and related courses to groups with diverse backgrounds and abilities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Participating in classes and programs at times and days that best suit the learners' needs;
  • Working with program leaders and managers to set and achieve teaching objectives;
  • Undertaking administrative, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the assigned program;
  • Developing, maintaining, and evaluating student learning programs, projects, and associated materials;
  • Conducting pre-training assessment reviews and assessment requirements connected to contract delivery for the program/s;
  • Liaising with industry contacts, networks, and learning communities;
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes in relation to program and course administration, design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of training materials;
