Industrial Project Lead

The client is a respected industrial builder with close to 40 years of experience in the industry.

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic project lead to oversee industrial projects from inception to completion.

This role will involve managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results on projects ranging from office fit outs to retail refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of commercial projects.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project manager, contractor administrator or project engineer with build experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with complex requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
