Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial projects from inception to completion.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial projects up to $30 million, with strong leadership and communication skills.

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial projects up to $30 million.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Contractor administrator or Project Engineer with build experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to $15 million.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
