Are you a skilled and experienced project manager looking to lead industrial projects from inception to completion? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Project Manager.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of commercial projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to $15 million.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
