About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional ER Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Workplace Law team, you will work closely with 18 specialist workplace lawyers to provide high-quality ER support to multiple large employers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ER services to clients without billable hour or timesheet requirements.
  • Collaborate with our Workplace Law team to provide expert advice and support.
  • Work autonomously while receiving support from our team as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years' experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or Employment Lawyer.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to provide pragmatic in-house style advice.
  • Self-starting individual with excellent client management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Effective team-player with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
