Senior HR Advisor - Employee Relations

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor - Employee Relations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice to senior leaders and executives, and working closely with key stakeholder groups.

You will conduct complex workplace investigations, manage complex misconduct processes, and provide quality ER advice relating to complex policy matters and employee issues. You will also support colleagues to deliver good quality, fair outcomes and to meet team deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex ER cases and provide expert advice to senior leaders and executives
  • Work closely with key stakeholder groups, including Line Managers, senior leaders, and employees across the organization
  • Conduct complex workplace investigations and manage complex misconduct processes
  • Provide quality ER advice relating to complex policy matters and employee issues
  • Support colleagues to deliver good quality, fair outcomes and to meet team deliverables
  • Continuous improvement of ER processes and contribution to team and Tribe initiatives
  • Establishing collaborative working relationships within the team and Tribe, Talent & Culture and ANZ Group stakeholders
  • Mentoring and development of junior members ANZ Group's ER Team
