Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Boylan & Associates. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Practice Manager and team of advisors, ensuring all client service and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of administration, including liaison with clients, agencies, suppliers, and third-party partners.
- Prepare, process, and organize client documents, including financial and legal documents.
- Coordinate administration and compliance functions, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Support the team with various administration tasks, such as scanning, printing, posting, and requesting documents.
- Assist with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in administration, claims management, or advisor/executive support.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or business-related field preferred.
- Strong administration skills, ability to manage a workflow process/structure.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Pro-active and able to think ahead, identify potential problems, and possible solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- A high degree of self-motivation and responsibility for their work.
- Strong computer skills with a tech-savvy approach.
