High-Quality Patient Care Specialist

As a specialist in emergency medicine, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will assess and manage acute presentations, including trauma and medical emergencies
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and take relevant medical histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and blood work
- Develop and implement treatment plans, in collaboration with senior medical staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Completion of a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) is mandatory
- A registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential
- A current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required
- Immunisations/vaccinations, as required by NSW Health, are necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- A fellowship or certificate of proficiency in emergency medicine (or related field) would be advantageous
- Previous experience in emergency medicine or a related specialty would be highly regarded
