As a highly skilled and experienced Crew Member, you will be part of a dynamic team working on various asphalt and spray seal projects across South Australia.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in asphalt paving and maintenance projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Providing general labouring and ground works support to meet project requirements.
  • Coordinating with spotters and traffic control on site to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity and safety.

Requirements:

  • Holding a Construction White Card is essential for this role.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for travel to and from work sites.
  • Previous experience in the asphalt or spray seal industry is highly desirable.
  • Possession of additional tickets (HR/HC/MC) or experience as a roller/loader operator can be advantageous.

Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is mandatory prior to commencement and throughout the assignment.
