**Job Description**

Lay asphalt according to stringent quality requirements, ensuring optimal results. Maintain awareness of surroundings, adhering to SWMS compliance, and take necessary precautions to ensure plant and equipment is left in a clean and safe condition.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

- Hold a Construction White Card
- Possess Plant Competency Tickets or be willing to obtain them.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in asphalt work
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and punctuality
