Audio Visual Event Coordinators Wanted

We're seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team and oversee the logistics of our events.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule staff across various departments for all events.
- Coordinate crew requirements, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Recruit and induct new casual staff, expanding our event team.
- Maintain staff awareness of company policies and procedures.
- Support the team in the warehouse or on-site as needed.
- A motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with professional audio-visual settings.
- Prior experience in crewing or operations roles, with existing contacts advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically CrewCard or Personnel Manager an asset.
- Current driver's license, forklift license, and/or White Card (WHS qualification) beneficial.
- Become part of a supportive and fun team environment.
- Contribute to exciting AV projects across Melbourne.
