Crewing Coordinator

We're seeking an organized and adaptable individual to join our team as a Crewing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling staff across audio, video, and lighting for events.
  • Coordinating crew requirements from prepping to bump outs.
  • Sourcing and inducting new casual staff.
  • Keeping staff updated on company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the team in the warehouse or on-site.
Requirements:
  • A motivated, highly organized individual with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in professional audio-visual environments or crewing/operations roles.
  • Good computer skills, preferably with CrewCard or Personnel Manager experience.
  • A current driver's licence, forklift licence, and/or White Card (WHS qualification) are advantageous.

This role requires some work outside normal business hours but offers the reward of seeing incredible events come to life.
