Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through innovative HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers to develop customized HVAC systems that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert solutions to address specific challenges.
  • IDentify new business opportunities to expand our market presence and drive growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from design through delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and project documentation for accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, including HVAC design engineering and customer service.
  • Deep understanding of the NSW HVAC industry and connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers.
  • Dynamic engineer with a passion for innovation and eagerness to learn.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from HVAC design and construction, from proposal to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Self-starter who excels working autonomously and collaboratively in team environments.
