As a visionary leader, you will spearhead the organisation's strategic growth, forging close ties with the Board and a dedicated team to drive the mission forward.

The CEO will oversee planning, operational management, and partnership development, focusing on impactful collaborations with government agencies, corporates, and high-net-worth donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation of the organisation's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the mission and sustainability objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of governance and regulatory compliance, fostering transparency and accountability within the organisation.
  • Accelerate growth by establishing strategic partnerships and expanding the donor network, prioritising government grants and corporate sponsorships.
  • Represent the organisation in the health sector and with government bodies, advocating for the needs and interests of those affected by Neurofibromatosis.
  • Oversee budget development, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency to maximise the organisation's impact.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; experience in the health sector is highly valued.
  • 3-5 years' leadership experience in a not-for-profit organisation, preferably in a role that has involved securing funding from government and/or corporate sources.
  • Proven ability to develop digital strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with empathy for the NF community.
