Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large datasets, implementing Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Design and implement MDM solutions to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards and governance policies. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Business Intelligence tools.

Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities. Support data migration and integration efforts across platforms. Document data processes, workflows, and business rules.

Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in data analysis and data management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and frameworks

  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
