Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking an accomplished Business Intelligence Analyst to support our team in delivering data solutions that drive business performance.

This is a dynamic role, where you will work closely with senior BI developers and stakeholders to deliver project-based initiatives and business-as-usual operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior BI developers in delivering end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.

You will also provide BAU support for existing BI reports and data models, as well as assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder support.

Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Maintaining documentation and developing solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches is also a key responsibility.

You will also support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data governance, data quality, and process improvements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior BI developers in delivering end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, and experience with commercial storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
