Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer
Lead a team of skilled developers in the design, implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge business intelligence solutions that deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.Job Description:

This senior role is accountable for delivering exceptional reporting and BI development practices. The successful candidate will report to the Principal Manager (Technology Asset and Cost Management) and work within the Integrated Product Services area of the I&SM business unit of Customer Service & Technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • End-to-End BI Development Lifecycle
    • Deep understanding of end-to-end BI development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership
    • Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering insights aligned with business goals
    • Proven track record of effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability uplift
