Customer Solutions Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to partner with customers, drive growth, and enhance customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships and value-added services.

  • Participate in projects that protect existing customer revenue and support sales teams in achieving business growth targets.
  • Project manage product development initiatives and implement product launches within supply chains to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Provide a value-add service that sets the organization apart from competitors.
  • Conduct deep dive studies within customers' supply chains to identify areas of waste and inefficiency.
  • Map out the value of the circular economy model and assets to highlight opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in an analytical/project management/continuous improvement role, possibly on a graduate program.
  • Knowledge of FMCG, industrial, and/or retailer supply chains would be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills, process focus, questioning and inquisitive mindset, logical thinking.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence across all levels.
