- Ensure high-quality care and drive NDIS-compliant practices and comprehensive health assessments.">
- Support clinical governance and oversee Aged Care and CHSP programs.">
- Design and deliver clinical training for support workers and leaders.">
- Offer clinical guidance to achieve positive health outcomes.">
- Champion Client-Centered Care. Regularly review care plans to ensure client preferences and independence are at the forefront of care delivery.">
Requirements
">Seeking a passionate Clinical Care professional with:
">- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent with 2 years' experience in disability, aged care, or allied health services, including hands-on training.
">- Competency-based training and assessment experience, with ability to plan, implement, and evaluate service plans.
">- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interpret clinical reports, policies, and processes.
">- Strong understanding of disability, dual diagnosis, and complex client needs.
