Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team at Perth International Airport.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for passengers at the carousel. You will be responsible for checking the loading details of passengers, monitoring carousels for issues, and liaising with the below wing team for missing baggage.

You will also record rush bags received, report issues to the Baggage Services Supervisors, create and trace files for missed or damaged bags, and forward/deliver baggage to passengers.
