We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Perth International Airport. As a key member of our Ground Handling team, you will provide exceptional customer service to passengers and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our clients' goals.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for passengers at the carousel
  • Verify the loading details of passengers
  • Maintain a watchful eye on carousels for issues such as belt stoppages or passenger concerns
  • Coordinate with the below wing team for missing baggage
  • Log rush bags received
  • Report any issues to the Baggage Services Supervisors
  • Prepare and track files for missed or damaged bags
  • Deliver/distribute baggage to passengers

  • A proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to adhere to safety and security procedures applicable to the aviation industry
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance at work
