This role connects data insights to drive informed decision-making, fostering collaboration between marketing and finance teams. As a key member of the marketing team, you will utilize analytical expertise to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic planning.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software. A background in finance or accounting is highly regarded, along with experience in retail environments. Proficiency in writing and interpreting code for data manipulation and analysis is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels, tracking reach, frequency, impressions, click-through rates, engagement, and sales impact
  • Combining multiple datasets to produce actionable insights for marketing and merchandising teams
  • Supporting customer segmentation, loyalty analysis, and targeting strategies
  • Evaluating promotional uplift and recommending opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
