About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Actuary to join our team at SafetyCulture Care. As a key member of our pricing and portfolio management function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining pricing and portfolio management infrastructures, conducting pricing and portfolio reviews, and providing recommendations to management to improve top and bottom line performance of our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain pricing and portfolio management models and tools to support business decisions
  • Conduct regular pricing and portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management to improve pricing and portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing and portfolio changes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our pricing and portfolio management practices remain best-in-class
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general insurance commercial lines pricing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to build statistical and financial models
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and VBA, with ability to program in Python or R
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
