Actuarial Pricing Analyst

AIG is seeking an experienced Actuarial Pricing Analyst to join our team in Australia. As an Actuarial Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing best practice pricing models, including customer behavior models, claims modeling, and pricing scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing models and analytics frameworks
- Support senior pricing actuaries in building and improving portfolio monitoring and analytics frameworks
- Conduct detailed profitability studies and budget loss ratio analysis by segment
- Assist in supporting strategic portfolio reviews and deep dive analyses of required business segments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative degrees
- At least 2 years' general insurance experience
- Demonstrated experience in pricing and modeling
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team
