Customer Support Specialist Role

About this opportunity

Ready to start your career in banking? As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll answer customer questions about credit cards, mortgages, and general banking via online chat.

No cold calling or sales – just meaningful conversations that help people every day.

About you
  • Have some customer service experience (but it's not essential)
  • Are confident using computers and typing quickly
  • Have an interest in banking or finance
  • Are students, career changers, or simply great communicators
  • Can commit to full-time, on-site training
Job Responsibilities

Chatting with customers online to:

  • Answer account and transaction questions
  • Assist with credit card and mortgage enquiries
  • Troubleshoot banking issues
    Just helpful, supportive service.
Training period (on-site)

• Part-time roles available (part-timers must be available full-time during the first 2 weeks of training)
