Job Description:

The role of Inclusion and Belonging Partner plays a vital part in shaping our future by fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team of D&I practitioners and drive meaningful change through strategic partnerships, data-driven insights, and innovative solutions.

This is a newly created permanent role with hybrid flexibility based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. As an Inclusion and Belonging Partner, you will be responsible for creating business value by integrating leading practice with our core objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering deeply with our business portfolios to activate and embed our inclusion strategy across all pillars
  • Integrating commercial focus, program management and analytics to shape and deliver priorities that create a greater sense of belonging and impact for the organisation
  • Analysing data and metrics to measure the influence of DEI initiatives on key business outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Implementing data-informed strategies to elevate belonging for all, with a focus on closing gaps for underrepresented groups

What we're looking for:

  • A background in HR or a related field with demonstrated experience delivering measurable D&I outcomes in a large, complex organisation
  • At least 3-5 years of experience partnering with executive leaders on D&I matters, representing the organisation with key industry bodies
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and an adaptive mindset
  • Ability to translate D&I strategy into actionable plans with a commercial mindset
  • Skilled in analysing and interpreting data to tell a compelling story, with an understanding of AI tools and how to leverage data to optimise outcomes
