This role involves overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for providing effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment.

You will also ensure compliance with food safety standards, workplace health and safety (WHS), and company policies. Maintaining excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service is essential for this role.

">Responsibilities">
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
  • Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams
  • Operational Knowledge: Rostering, staff allocation, budget management, including inventory and expense controls
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
