About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Health Services Manager to lead our team in Gladstone. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of occupational health professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent client service and high-quality health services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our occupational health services.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the provision of comprehensive and evidence-based health services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA.
  • Minimum two years' experience working within Workers' Compensation schemes, specializing in either Workplace Rehabilitation or Claims Management.
  • Proven track record in mentoring and leading teams to achieve excellent results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a compassionate and client-centered approach to service delivery.
