Aesthetic Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and energetic salesperson to promote and grow our recently launched products via brand strategies, create engagement and excitement with the aesthetic market. The successful candidate will have previous B2B/B2C sales or account management experience in aesthetics or cosmeceuticals, preferably with a nursing or dermal therapy background.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and grow our recently launched products through effective brand strategies and business development initiatives.
- Develop new business across the Gold Coast, opening new accounts and driving sales growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and new customer acquisition goals.
- Support existing accounts with the necessary tools to drive business growth.
- Previous experience in sales or account management in the aesthetics or cosmeceuticals industry.
- Nursing or dermal therapy qualifications are an advantage.
- A keen interest in aesthetic medicine and clinical background in nursing/science is essential.
- Strong commercial/business drive and desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
