
Care Leader

As a Lead Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our childcare centre. This includes supervising and developing educators and workers to provide high-quality care and education for children.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in early childhood education and care. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about providing exceptional care and education for young children. If you have a recognized university degree or diploma in early childhood education, and meet all requirements for Authorised/Nominated Supervisor, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the childcare centre, including supervision and development of educators and workers
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives
- Recognised University Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Completion of Child Protection Course - Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk of Harm
- Meet all requirements for Authorised/Nominated Supervisor as listed in the Education and Care Services National Law and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2018
- Minimum experience of two years (2) in a child care field as Authorised/Nominated Supervisor
- 35-hour working week
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
