About the Role:

The Portfolio Management Lead will drive business value by implementing best-in-class portfolio management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement standardized processes for program funding, initiation, execution, and closure to align with organizational goals.
  • Use data-driven tools and templates to communicate portfolio performance to stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive portfolio roadmap with key milestones and dependencies to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Manage monthly portfolio reviews and quarterly business reviews to support continuous planning and delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve portfolio management practices and monitor cross-functional risks and dependencies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing a Transformation Office or Program Management Office
  • 5+ years Project Management experience, preferably in Finance or Technology
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
  • Proven expertise in Agile and Lean practices and change management
  • Leadership experience in building high-performing teams
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
